KIX6432AT MCP uses 64Mb NOR Flash with 32Mb Pseudo SRAM, which supports ADMUX with burst mode, operating frequency at 66MHz. This mobile MCP is in line with JEDEC low-pin LPC (Low Pin Count) 56 Balls standard, Flash process uses advanced 65nm NOR Flash with 90nm Pseudo SRAM. It is an excellent MCP memory solution for MediaTek single-chip platform.
