MemoCom® Release Mid-to-High Density Flash MCP for Mobile Handsets |

MemoCom® successfully develops mid-to-high density flash MCP for mobile handsets, including 128Mb+32Mb and 64Mb+32Mb. The MCP samples were sent for B/B chip providers' approval. They are estimated to be varified by end of 2007, and to enter into mass production from Jan 2008. Moreover, MemoCom® flash MCP of 64Mb+16Mb, and 32Mb+16Mb will also present to market this month to offer more extensive MCP products for mobile handsets. |
