Memocom's® KS03208 product, 32Mb NOR flash MCP with 8Mb PSRAM, has been varified on MediaTek 6223 mobile phone platform. Besides low density, Memocom® has been developing more mid- to high-density MCP products. Scheduled to be by year end, Memocom® will offer more extensive MCP product lines for mobile phone platform. |
