Waltop Announces Investment from Intel Capital
 
New funding will support Waltop’s continued R&D in EM stylus solutions
 
 
Waltop International Corp., one of the leaders in electromagnetic (EM) based pen input design and manufacturing, today announced it has received investment from Intel Capital, Intel's global investment and M&A organization. The funds will be used to expand Waltop’s research and development regarding pen-input capabilities via its proprietary cultivated EM technology, as well as to help the Company grow market share for its stylus solutions among mobile device makers around the world.

Waltop’s EM digitizer module offers mobile users a natural handwriting experience. The Company has been granted over 200 patents around the world.
