The capacities of the certified NOR Flash with Pseudo SRAM MCPs include 128Mb+64Mb, 128Mb+32Mb, 64Mb+32Mb and 32Mb+16Mb, which provide complete memory solutions for high to mid and entry level mobile phones. As more and more baseband chip makers have ADMUX with Burst mode MCP as a required spec for memory, MemoCom leads the Taiwan industry by being the first to provide ADMUX with Burst mode MCP, which technique can reduce the required IC Pin and MCP size.

According to Digitimes report, smart phones will be accounted for 28.5% out of total shipments of mobile phones in 2011. As communications, multimedia and other built-in functions are becoming more diverse for mobile phones, the demands for higher memory specs have also increased. MemoCom will launch a series of NAND Flash with Mobile DRAM MCP to target the needs for higher capacities, faster speeds and power saving features, which include 2Gb +1Gb / 4Gb +2Gb MCP specifically for smart phones, and 1Gb +256Mb / 1Gb + 512Mb for feature phones.
